We collect only enough information from you to allow us to process your order and deliver your goods. Information is not shared with or passed on to any third party.
Payments made via Stripe are processed on Stripe’s secure system.


We ship worldwide except using EMS(rods and rod bags), E-packet(small items) or air-mail(very small or thin items). When delivered, a signature may be needed.
The postage is automatically calculated and shown on checkout.
When we dispatch orders we will inform you via email. On-line tracking is available where possible.

International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Lost Parcels

If you do not receive your delivery in the expected time frame please let us know as soon as possible. Parcels of EMS are usually delivered within 15 days and if they are not received within 20 days we will do prompt and adequate measures. It is important that you inform us as soon as you can so we can track the delivery and try to find it quickly.

Availability of Goods

The availability of each product is known by whether you can push ‘add to cart’ button. We usually dispatch your order within 2 business days after you place an order.
If it is delayed,we will let you know via e-mail.

We cannot accept any return for your reasons.
If your goods are damaged in transit to you, sign for them as ‘damaged’ with the carrier and notify us immediately, as we have a limited time window to claim against the carrier.
In the event of goods being found to be faulty, please contact us and we will advise on their return and replacement.
